Ways to Connect with God

Hello everyone,



I am excited for the opportunity to conduct this class. Since I have been a spiritual leader I've searched for better ways to get closer to our Lord. I am a long way from getting where I need to be. I feel there are many of you out there that probably feels the same. Connecting with God is what He expects us all to do every second of our time, but the world gets in our way from doing so. In my class we will look for different ways to connect with God. I have finished a book call, "Connecting with God" by Richard J. Foster. He gives us 12 ways to do this. I am excited for us who will take this journey with me, because I know we can learn how to build a better relationship with God. Here are some questions to consider.

1. Has God always yearn for us to have an intimate relationship with Him like Adam and Eve had?



2. How can we improve ourselves to find this place of God dwelling with us?

3. What gets in our way from spending time with God?
